First night diffusing Lucid... My husband slept a LOT better. I honestly didn't notice any change for myself. I will try a topical application tonight and see what difference that makes. The aroma is just wonderful.

I have tried really really hard to like this blend, but I've not been successful. I think this is because although Cedarwood is supposed to be calming, I've come to the conclusion I simply don't like it. Its too strong for me, and I have found I do better with the more floral aromas. So, I shall be adding some lavender to my bottle to "dilute" the smell, so I don't have to toss it away. I've also noticed my diffuser doesn't run as well with this blend, not sure why....

I have been using Lucid for almost a week and I must say its wonderful. I apply in topically and diffuse it in my bedroom and I drift off to sleep fairly quick and stay asleep. It used to take my 45-60 minutes to get to sleep and then I'd wake numerous times each night with eyes wide open. I think that's a thing of the past. My kids like it too!

I love the smell of this blend. I was really skeptical as I diffused for the first time, everyone in my house slept peacefully except myself. I spent so much time enjoying the scent and being energized by it I couldn't sleep! I had to stop diffusing it. I have since given a second try diffusing before bed and I did find that I was able to drift off to sleep. So my recommendation would be to definitely give it another try if you find yourself admiring the smell and energized more than sleeping.

Love this oil blend. It’s a combination of all of my favorite sweet sensual smells. I use it as a pillow spray and I wear it for perfume. I absolutely love it.

I got this blend free when I ordered another product and did not think of it, until I tried it. From the first moment I took off the cap, it had a scent that captivated me. I immediately tried it in my diffuser and the room took on a peaceful, restive atmosphere. Once can definitely notice the fragrance of chamomile. A few days later I added some drops to a balm that I make and use it before bed as well. It has quickly become part of my nighttime ritual and I recommend it to anyone who is looking to explore oils to help relax and to sleep.

I read about this and wanted to try it for some time. Waited and waited because of cost after I missed a JB special. Then the sample sizes became available which were definitely less in total cost but even more pricey for what you get. Thought I made a mistake since everyone raves about this one and I should have just gotten the full size. Oh I was excited to try this, opened the bottle for my first smell at bed time, I was thinking for some reason it would be a sweet scent, like Fenugreek (not that I had tried Fenugreek at that time) but it wasn't what I was expecting. I was then glad I got the sample size. Did I sleep better the first night, No. Worse, Yes. Did the smell improve after the first night? Not immediately. I think it actually had the opposite effect on me and kept me awake and not sleeping good. After a few nights I stopped using it so I could get some sleep. After a few more days, then a few more weeks, my dreams got more vivid. I had always dreamed a lot but not as vividly and in as much detail. After a few months Lucid is doing what people said. I don't dream more but it's much more vivid, realistic, sometimes such that I don't even know that it is a dream. Which can be much scarier for bad dreams because before I knew that I was asleep and was only a dream. Smell, I might like it better if it didn't have the Patchouli in it (or a better Patchouli-I wrote a review for this JB oil). Now after months I only have a few drops left in my sample bottle that I smell several times a night. I do like it and it has grown on me. But I still don't sleep throughout the whole night, usually in blocks of 2-3 hrs and get up several times a night. When I sleep it MIGHT put me in a deeper sleep, but then I don't toss and turn and when I wake up my back is sore. In the future I may try other EO sleep formulas before coming back to this. This does do something, and I do like it now, but maybe something else would be better for me. (N.B.-This review is based on the 1ml sample size when first released. I love the size, that it is glass, and has an orifice reducer. This is much better than the thin long glass vial samples from other companies that don't pour out. Until it all comes out all over, and all at once, and your sample is wasted after just trying to get a drop or two. This was much better but still very very difficult to even get a drop out, especially exactly where you want it. So no waste but still frustrating. If the reducer was improved it would be perfect as the size is excellent.)

Love this! I would wear it as a perfume, but it puts me right to sleep! Super relaxing!!
