Not bad scent...def helps on those night where I'm overtired & struggling to shut the brain off so I can sleep.

It's not my favorite scent but I love how well it works! Sometimes I'll diffuse with a couple extra drops of lavender. My dreams are more vivid and my fitness tracker confirms that I do spend more time in REM and deep sleep most nights I diffuse LUCID.

I have been diffusing when I go to sleep at night and has been very relaxing.

This helps me sleep through the night. I do have crazy dreams, but I get quality sleep.

This blend smells amazing.... love the aroma and it helps me sleep better thru the night. Love it!

The first night I used this it helped me sleep better. I still wake up a couple of times a night but a able to fall right back to sleep with no problems.

I put it in my diffuser. Although the smell is horrible I tried it. It did take 3 days but it did work. I woke 3xs instead of every hour. So, I guess I will continue to use it.

Lucid has awesome layers to it. Smells one way falling asleep then a little more woody when o wake up! Love it
