I have always struggled with falling asleep and staying asleep even if I am physically exhausted...my mind refuses to shut off! Lucid eases you into a delightful sleep that actually helps you to fall asleep, stay asleep and have dream recall! I have used more natural over the counter products over the years such as sleepy time and melatonin. I have also used prescribed medications for sleep. Lucid has been by far the best results for me and without the drowsy feeling!

THIS REALLY DOES WORK WELL FOR DEEP SLEEP. MY HUSBAND AND CHILDREN SWEAR BY IT. I'm NOT A FAN OF PATCHOULI, SO I THINK THAT IS WHY I DON'T LOVE IT

Patchouli might be strong in it, but as soon as I diffused it, I couldn't keep my eyes open! It's such a great blend for sleeping. The only drawback, I wish they had it in a bigger bottle than 5 ml.

I have two sleep disorders, both which affect my ability to really get a good night sleep. I've been trying out the Lucid for three days and I am pleasantly surprised. Not only have I slept better, I wake up a little better each day.

This oil smells wonderful and quickly puts me in a deep sleep. I have not experienced a lucid dream from it though!

This was my first Jade Bloom essential oil and it's one of my favorites. This has such a nice pleasant scent. Lucid blend really helps me with falling asleep which is where I have the biggest issues and I notice that I sleep through the whole night. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to relax or has issues with insomnia.
