I have tried other aromatherapy oil before without much luck and was really skeptical, however when I received mine free bottle form them I opened it with curiosity, and of course I had to smell it and when I did it made me yawn, need I say more.

Love it! I use it our bedroom diffuser with a tree scent spruce, pine or cypress amazing!

So relaxing and helps me to sleep deeper and more sound. I love the blends in this bottle and will be getting more of this!

Works great for insomnia. Does cause some vivid dreams but no hangover effects

I was not crazy about this oil. I was looking for something for rest, but was up with headaches instead. Maybe I just don't do well with the woodsy oils? I tried adding peppermint to it one night and orange to it another night, but it didn't help. I won't be using the remainder of this one. I'll try another out though! :)
