I have been using this every night and can see an improvement! I have struggled with sleep which causes afternoon sluggishness and drowsiness. Since I have been diffusing Lucid at night I have gotten a better quality of sleep and can tell the difference when 2 pm rolls around. I have recommended this to all my friends! No changes to my dreams that I have noticed but I have never been one to remember my dreams. Can't wait to try more Jade Bloom original blends!

Beautiful blend

I bought this for my MIL and now we both love it. I will be getting more for the family. I do wish there was a sensitive version of this in a roller.

I have insomnia and used to actually have to take one ambien a night just to get even 4 hours of sleep, but after a few weeks of lucid, I am proud to say I am 3 months free from ambien. I roll in on my temples and behind the ear and diffuse in my room and no kidding I was lucid dreaming and in heaven.

It is a wonderful combination of choice sleepy time oils, wonderfully blended together. Since having used this product, it has brought remembrance and clarity to my dreams on a number of occasions. When I don’t remember my dreams, I do enjoy a deep sleep nonetheless.

This is a nightly ritual--rub 1-2 drops on the back of my neck and inhale the residual left on my fingers before I go to bed. Even if I don't get as many hours of sleep as I should, it's a restful sleep.

I use my Lucid every night in my diffuser! It calms me down and helps me sleep! This is an intoxicating blend! I love it and don't know how I ever slept without it! I have now stopped taking sleeping pills! It's that great! A must have if you have trouble turning off your mind to go to sleep!

My family and I use this blend every night. It helps ease everyone down from a long day. Smells wonderful.
