For the past several years I have struggled with insomnia and I wake up multiple times every night. In the past, I used to dream every night, but I haven’t dreamed in months. The 1st night I tried Lucid, I had multiple dreams and remembered them when I woke. I tried it again just to test if it was truly the EO and again multiple dreams. I believe this is due to the fact that this blend is helping me achieve a deeper sleep. It was refreshing to actually dream after it has been so long! Always ❤️ JB products!!

Disadvantages

The smell is not my fave, but it’s okay. Love the cedarwood I smell in the blend, not a huge fan of the German Camomile smell, however it does the job so I will continue to use this product.

It really works for me

I have really bad sleep insomnia and it's hard for me to sleep at night. On top of that,I'm also ADHD so I need something powerful to put me to sleep. I loved the smell of this blend. I achaully HATE Patchouli but,for some reason,it smells alot better in this blend. I used it to sleep but my dreams weren't vivid and I couldn't really remember them after I woke up. It's not the same with other essential oils though. One time I was useing Texas Cederwood and Muhuhu to sleep and I was haveing the most vivid dreams ever so not all essential oils make you not dream as vividly. I had to stop useing it at night though because it stopped working for me. It's normal for my body to get used to something I'm useing for sleep and then for it not to work. I wish I didn't have this problem but I do. For me it was a light sedative and that's probably why I didn't dream as vividly. But,since it stopped working,I won't purchase this blend again. To be honest,I really don't know if it'll work again if I take a brake from it for a few weeks or months because I haven't tried that but I still want to use something else for sleep. But I still have the bottle because I'm not sure what to do with it anymore. Maybe since I took a long brake from it I can try again? Not to sure.

Not a huge patchouli fan but this blend is very pleasant. I add a few drops of orange with it and really like the way it smells!

I struggle with insomnia alot. I have been using Lucid (and add some orange) diluted and applying to my forearms before going to bed and if I wake up in the middle of the night I reapply. Honestly in the last week I am getting more restful sleep! I will be purchasing this oil again! Jade Blooms products are always fantastic!

Yesterday night smelled for first time , did not smell even as essential oil to me. In the morning chat to JB as a complain, and left a bad review for a product.This afternoon before putting it in the garbage I opened Lucid again and was so surprised to smell an essential oil in the bottle! Mistica! Sorry for the trouble...

__It smells good, but I don't really care for the smell of German Chamomile and that scent comes thru in this blend. I'm thinking they may have needed to use the German species because it's higher in Chamazulene than Roman. __I wish Lucid and their other EO's would come in a 30ml size.

Lucid is amazing! I found this blend by searching what EO's to use for lucid dreaming. I was blown away when I found they actually have a blend for just that! I had to have it though I really wasn't expecting much. But wow I was blown away! It really works! When I was a teenager I had lucid dreams every single night for 3 years it was so amazing. At the time I didn't know what it was called and I thought it was just something that happened to me I never told any one about it because I didn't think they would believe me! I still don't think it's normal for that to happen every night for 3 years though. Now I'm 35 and I thoroughly miss having them! Anyways the first night I used Lucid I slept amazing for one, but my dreams were so crazy and very vivid. I didn't have a lucid dream but I was almost there I know if I use it nightly and work with it it will work. In one of the dreams I had that night in the beginning it was me, but the next scene I was a COW!! I have never in my life been a cow in my dreams!! When having a lucid dream your able to do and be anything you want so by me being a cow that tells me I was right at the brink of going lucid. I can't wait to work with it more. I diffuse it on my night stand, and I made a roller ball out of it to apply on my neck and wrist.

This oil blend is INCREDIBLE! On the first night I used it, I actually had dreams. I am a very light sleeper and diffusing this at night has helped me fall into a deeper sleep. My husband has even noticed that I’m not waking up if he’s moving around the room. I absolutely adore this oil blend and will always have it on hand!

I have used so many different oils, blends, created my own blends, etc. to help fall asleep, and STAY asleep. I have had luck with help falling asleep, not so much with staying sleep. This product has been incredible! I can be wide awake, but it's getting close to bedtime, and I just toss a drop on my wrist with some FCO, and within 15 minutes, I'm ready for bed. I only do that as needed, but every night I put a few drops in a diffuser and some lucid with hemp oil on my feet (I made a roller for this), and I sleep like a baby. All. Night. Long. I'm truly blown away by this oil blend!

I do wish there were an option for a 10ml and a 30ml. It jumps from 5 to 60. I know I'll be using it a lot, so the 5 is too small, but I can't afford to buy the 60 either.

I diffused lavender ever night. This is my new go to! I add a couple drops to my new favorite Bulgarian lavender and it is perfect for night time.
