Smells good out of the bottle but couldn't smell it in the diffuser and definitely had no effect on my dreams or even ability to fall asleep. Glad I saved 40% on it.

I can sleep anywhere, anytime but my husband is a light sleeper with occasional insomnia. Diffusing this at bedtime and throughout the night guarantees he will sleep soundly. Believe it or not, it really also helps me dream more lucidly. I can't say enough good things about the company as a DoTerra convert. No confusing point system, reasonable prices, high quality product, fast and free shipping, a user-friendly website and frequent BOGOs and other deals.

Defused an hour before bedtime. Applied to wrists and back of neck.Woke up refreshed after a good night sleep. An amazing product!

I'm not the biggest fan of the smell but it definitely helps me fall asleep quicker. I dilute it a Lot and roll it on the back of my neck and I'm out before the smell can bother me.

I didnt get any of the sleep effects they describe but this oil does smell BEAUTIFUL & I love the derp rich blue color!

I had to quit using this oil because it gave me such vivid nightmares! The smell is horrible too. I will not order this oil again! I used this product for the first time last night. I don't know that it necessarily put me to sleep or made me sleep any better but it was a relaxing scent. Will purchase again.
