My 15 month old twins have been horrible sleepers. And I felt like I tried every sleep method out there, nothing has worked. I've heard of using oils before but haven't tried it out so I got the sample bottle. I was skeptical because I thought nothing would work and I was doomed to never sleep again because we share a room now. I put a few drops on their PJs and made a spray to spray on their blankets. One of them woke up only once the first two nights,but he is also getting some teeth. So here is night 3. We will see how it goes. I am going to get a full bottle next. I love this oil. I will be getting a defuser soon so I can do that too.

Very relaxing. I love the scent but it could be a bit strong to those who are sensitive to scents.

I’ve always struggled with insomnia but now I’m 23 weeks pregnant and it’s been even more difficult to sleep as I can’t take the sleep medications I’m used to. I’ve been taking Benadryl to help me sleep but since I’ve gotten this oil I’ve just diffused a few drop each night and I’ve felt like I couldn’t hold my eyes open. Ive had the best sleep ever thanks to this oil! For anyone who is skeptical.. just try it! You won’t regret it. It’s worth every penny and more! This is now a must have at all time for me. I will never go back to taking my prescription sleep medications!

This has not only helped me have better dreams but it also is clearing up my face noticeably!!! I just put one drop with a pinch (1/8 tsp) of grated cocoa butter or shea butter mix in my palms and massage my face and neck. In the morning, my face looks quite improved (not as many blemishes / acne is disappearing) I have tried lots of other oils and blends but lucid is my favorite for my face right now!!!

My husband and I tried this one together. We both mixed a couple drops with some Grapeseed oil and rubbed it on the back of our necks, we both passed out in minutes. I haven't slept that good in a very long time!

I have not had a good nights rest in years. I wake 4-6 times during the night. I used lucid in my diffuser (and my husband loves the smell), and I slept all night. My husband had to wake me when my alarm went off the next morning because I didn't even hear it. That has not happened to me in over 15 years. The wonderful smell stayed in my bedroom even without any in my diffuser. It helps me relax and drift off and stay asleep. FINALLY!!!!!

This is by far my favorite blend. When I first used I was not crazy about the scent. However by night 2 it wasn't bad and by night 5 I found my self ready to breath it in and drift off to sleep. I was having issues sleeping due to stress. When using this I definitely was getting a better nights sleep and feeling more rested in the morning. I ordered a sample size to try but am buying full size today!

Lucid is a great sleep aid! No more tossing and turning for me. I am sleeping deeper, more peacefully, and having colorful dreams. My favorite tip- massaged into the base of the neck at bedtime. Zzzz.

I've been on 3rd shift for 10 years, recently I moved to 2nd shift. The change hasn't done well on my sleeping habits, I don't go to sleep until 3 or 4 am on my days off. I'm not tired at night and I'm restless laying there. Last night I used my Lucid for the first time, I was out in 15 min and it was 10:15 when I put it on. My husband used it this morning after he got off of work, didn't wake up once and that's a miracle. This stuff is amazing!
