I love Lucid! It was a total game changer in my sons sleep routine. He is autistic. It's hard for him to fall asleep. With this he falls asleep faster and usually sleeps through the night.

I sleep great with it. I do make sure however to use it only if I can get to bed early enough to get a good bit of sleep. If I'm only going to get a few hours I still feel sleepy upon waking.

Lucid is a great oil to help me sleep well. I love the smell of it too.

I had bought this after purchasing the nighttime kit. It worked so well that I got two more bottles. It’s not a good night unless I diffuse the Lucid.

Thank you, Jade Bloom for developing Lucid! I have trouble sleeping due to chronic pain. I normally get 2-3 hours of sleep at a time. When I use Lucid, I can sleep for 12 hours. I forgot what a good nights sleep felt like until I used Lucid! 5 stars on this isn't enough!

My friend ordered this for both of us to test. It smells awful. We were both so disappointed. I diffused it in my room and my son's room and it made us nauseous. She plans on returning it. I don't know what oil makes it smell so terrible but it honestly smells like something chemical.

I have gotten in a habit of defusing this in my bedroom and now I have difficulties falling asleep if I don't use it. Reset well!

I know I dream with this blend, but I don't remember them. A little goes a long way as far as scent goes. Beware of amount used if scent sensitive.

I actually didn't think it was working until I forgot to diffuse it for a couple of nights. I find that my sleep is more restful and I wake up in a more pleasant mood. Occasionally I dream, but I honestly don't remember them. However, on the nights I don't diffuse Lucid, if I dream they tend to be more unsettling dreams. Very interesting how that worked, but overall I would recommend it for the improved restful sleep.

I love this blend. I use it in my diffuser at night. It does help me fall asleep faster. I do take meds for insomnia, but I can use half dosage with this. Smells quite nice too.
