I love it although I wish it lasted longer

I struggled with insomnia for years. I place few drops of lucid on my My warm rice pack and fall asleep. Love it.

I can't believe how this works. I love the dreams I have when i use this blend. However, there should be a warning with this, my cousin tried it, but had horrible nightmares.... glad i didn't.

OMG!!! The worst oil ever!! The smell is horrible!! It burned my eyes so bad! It went in the trash immediately. I truly can't describe how bad this experience was.

I wish we had this years ago; both of my now young adult children have suffered from chronic insomnia for years. It started in their teen years they are now 25 and 20 years old. I got this for myself first to see if it would help me to fall asleep quicker ( my brain seems to be in overdrive when I lay down thinking about the next days activities. I have to say... WOW! Not only do I fall asleep quicker, I also sleep much sounder feeling so much more refreshed. I just rub a drop or two on the back of my neck. I also diffuse it sometimes as I'm winding down for the evening. Now I gave it to my daughter first (20 yo) in college who really struggled last school year with insomnia which affected her schooling greatly. I gave it to her this summer as we were trying to find a remedy for the insomnia that was not drugs: as melatonin was no longer helping. She waited till almost the end of the summer to finally try it.... Haha! She was so excited the next day to report that she fell asleep in 5 minutes. She has been using it ever since with fabulous results. My son (25 yo) heard us talking and he wanted to try it especially since he had adverse side effects to ambien, he reported that he is having the same awesome results and as a result he was able to apply for computer certification classes which he started yesterday as a result of getting his body's time clock switched around. I say kudos! Please keep making this oil. I'm going to give my Mom some to try today while they try to get her thyroid levels to go back to normal from hyperthyroid levels she keeps waking up in the wee hours with lots of energy unable to go back to sleep...

I'm new to Jade Bloom, but so far I'm very happy with their oils. Lucid smells divine, and for the past week that I've been using it, I've slept soundly through the night.

I love this blend. It helps me to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. It smells wonderful too.

I would rate LUCID a 5, I have had trouble sleeping and this has helped to give me a deep, restful sleep. Wonderful! The problem is with the dropper, does not work, and I had to pull it out of the bottle.

This oil is absolutely beautiful. I diffuse this at night along with a couple drops of lavender. I sleep so soundly and the scent lingers in my bedroom the next day. I love it and will be buying more.

This oil is fantastic. I wanted to get it because I read a review that it helped with sleeplessness from menopause . It does! I diffused it next to my bed and slept through the night...this is a big deal...I normally get up at least twice a night. Oh and the smell is fantastic. I would buy it just for the smell
