I use this EO at night, rub it on the bottom of my feet for a restful sleep.

I was having problems sleeping through the night due to menopause I have tried a lot of things I put Lucid in the diffuser and I mix 20 drops in a one ounce spray bottle mixed with witch hazel. I shake the bottle and spray on my pillow. It helps me to relax and fall asleep faster I have ordered 3 bottles now

This oil has had to grow on me~at first didn't care for the smell but now I absolutely love it. I have been diffusing this at night and even let it go in the daytime on occasion. I REALLY like the quality of the oil! I'm a believer i the Jade Bloom products!!

I have only used Lucid twice so far. Both times I did have very vivid dreams but they were very scary. They still stay with me even a few weeks later. Hope I will get pleasant dreams when I try it next.

I went ahead and jumped in with Jade Bloom and I am not disappointed! This blend is so lovely and truly helps me reach REM stage sleep very quickly! I love the wonderful aroma - it is so peaceful and fragrant!
