I have had a very hard time sleeping through the night for a VERY long time. I have tried just a bout everything. Nothing has helped. I started diffusing Lucid every night as I sleep and as I am falling asleep I am taking long deep breaths. I have not slept this well in a very long time. Thank you for this wonderful blend.

I absolutely love Lucid. I have trouble staying asleep. My job is stressful and I have a busy mind. I have tried other blends and using lavender. They worked so so.... then I discovered Jade Bloom and Lucid. I diffuse it at night and before climbing into bed I take some deep breathes through my nose of the diffusing mist. I have been defusing this oil in my girls bedroom for about 2 weeks. I have noticed all 3 sleeping better and harder every night. My oldest has had a couple of very strange dreams but still sleep has improved for the whole house. Love this oil. One to keep on hand for sure!

I have always had the hardest time falling asleep and staying asleep because my brain won't shut off. My husband has sleep apnea and also has trouble staying asleep. Since we started using Lucid, though, we've both been sleeping great! Even our kids are sleeping through the night now! Yay!

There are so many things we love about lucid. It reminds me of old school classic eo blends. It is a perfect mix of notes starting so rosey and ending with the long lasting patchouli. We use this throughout the night and during the day if my sons need some calming as it is their very favorite blend. It's in our diffusers and even my boybies stuffed animals. They fall asleep sniffing them. I need a bigger bottle size though!

Love the smell of rose. Such a relaxing oil in the diffuser.
