The oil is wonderful! I put some into a roller bottle with some fractionated coconut oil and it's ready for use. Put this on the bottom of my feet every night before going to bed and I am out for the count. I have alot of foot pain due to my foot and ankle is fused and this is a miracle oil that puts me out so I can sleep !!! I love this and my mom has now been using it too, say goodbye to all the medicine's....This works Awesome..Please do not ever stop making this wonderful oil!

After 6 months of difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep, and relying heavily on benadryl and ZzQuil, I decided to try essential oils as a potential help. I was extremely skeptical, but a friend pointed me in Jade Bloom's direction and specifically to this oil. I can't express how much this has helped, and restored my life in a big way. It almost works too well. I feel like I took a muscle relaxer when I defuse this oil at night. I haven't lucid dreamed yet

My husband and I started using this about a week ago, then my son who has ADHD began using lucid as well and all 3 of us are sleeping better and falling asleep much quicker. Very pleased and will continue to purchase lucid!
