I have been using a few drops in my water each day. Love the taste and it has certainly helped me to shed some water weight.
The smell is refreshing and uplifting.

I use this in all of my cremes and oils for massage. Helps keep energy transference to a minimum. This grapefruit is not too sweet and blends beautifully!

I diffuse this oil alot for the uplifting properties. I also put a drop of two in a bubble bath for a fresh, relaxing scent. Sometime, I put it in my dishwasher or dish soap.
