I keep this oil in my purse and it goes with me wherever I go. I drink about 4-5 drops every day. Helps keep me energized and keeps my metabolism fast. This has helped me feel energetic when I'm exercising and has helped me maintain weight even when I'm over-eating or not eating healthy. I use it mostly internally but it does smell wonderful enough to diffuse regularly.

I first bought this for a skin tightening blend. Works good. I also add it to my diffuser with other citrus oils and peppermint, very energizing.

This oil smells fresh and clean and is known for its weight loss benefits. I have paired it with Ylang Ylang for my skin treatments and LOVE it!

I blend this oil with lavendar and a carrier oil to make a massage oil for my hands and knees. This oil works wonders on pain and stiffness due to arthritis. I have found it works better with rosehip as a carrier than my previous use of coconut oil.
