Grapefruit, also known as pomelo or the forbidden fruit, is a citrus hybrid thought to have originated in Barbados.
Grapefruit has historically been used in diverse cultures for its antibacterial, astringent, anti-fungal, antioxidant, anti-
inflammatory, and preservative qualities. Grapefruit is widely used in food, beverages, and as a fragrance for soaps,
detergents, and personal care applications.

Grapefruit essential oil is a good choice for applications intended for mood, deodorant, repellent, nervous, immune,
musculoskeletal, digestive, circulatory, and skin conditions.
Please note: 4 % is the maximum dermal use level recommended. Phototoxic. Skin sensitization if oxidized.

Weak oils...

Going to have to lower my review stars because the scent is WAY to light and not strong enough at all. It also doesn't last long enough. I put 10 drops which you'd think that it'd fill the room with a strong scent but no. It only barely smells like grapefruit. I'm starting to want to go to my other company because,in my opinion,there oils are better and more strong. May be more expensive but I don't care really. There grapefruit is definitely better and more strong then Jade Bloom's... And Jade Bloom isn't a bad company or anything it's just that I find that there oils are way to weak... I don't like that. I like strong a scent so I guess I'll be going to my other company...

Need help loseing weight?

This oil is THE BEST for weight loss! You can diffuse it and just by inhaling the wonderful aroma,it'll help suppress your appetite. It may take a few days to get the full effect but,after alittle bit,you should see that your eating less and getting full faster and for longer periods of time.You can also add some in water and drink it for weight loss as well. It tastes REALLY good!! I get addicted to the taste just like I do the scent!! I told my mom today that I can't get enough of the smell of grapefruit and it couldn't be more true. If you ingest this oil,it'll give you a good energy boost for the day to! I've also used it for acid reflex before (I really think I have GERD and not just acid reflex but haven't been diagnosed) and it helped!! I looked online for information that grapefruit helps with indigestion but I couldn't find any so it might just be me. You can try it though! I put 1 or 2 drops of grapefruit essential oil in my hand,add some carrior oil,and rub it on my stomach. It helps me but doesn't mean it'll help everyone. But you shouldn't pass on this oil. It really is amazeing and,even if you don't like the fruit grapefruit,you'll love the essential oil. The taste of this oil isn't bitter and it's achaully VERY refreshing to drink. You'll want to keep adding it to your water throughout the day and,therefore,you'll be drinking more water!! I'm already a water drinker so it's not a problem for me but I don't know very many water drinkers. As you can tell,this is one of my VERY favorite essential oils and for good reason!! Also,it's good for inflammation,fibermyalga,and cleaning. You NEED this oil!!

The best citrus oil!

Grapefruit is my favorite citrus essential oil. I tried it in my water today and it tastes great!! I can get obsessed about grapefruit essential oil because it just smells oh so heavenly!! You definitely need this oil if your a beginner at essential oils!! Trust me, you'll ADORE it and never want to run out!! But no other citrus oil smells as good as grapefruit for me. It's tart,sweet,and bright smell is just delightful!! Will always love my grapefruit essential oil!! :D

This oil smells amazing!! I can't wait to diffuse this baby and make my entire house smell so fresh and delicious. I tried a few drops over some ice and while the scent is heavenly, the taste is not. hahahaha Smells heavenly in the conditioner with sage. really yummy scented!!!
