My absolute favorite oil to go to sleep. I get such a deep sleep!! I wake rested and refreshed.... I will not run out if I can help it!

This blend has helped me to have better sleep on the nights I use it than I have had in a long time. I massage a couple of drops on the back of my neck and put a drop on my pillow. I find a feel more refreshed the next morning when I wake up. It hasn't really helped with remembering dreams well for me, but I'm not using it for that. The aroma is beautiful and soothing and certainly helps me settle down. I can't use it in the diffuser because my husband doesn't like breathing it in so that may be why I don't have improved memory of dreams.

for some reason this blend and I do not work well together. :/ It keeps me awake instead if helping me sleep. I think for me it may be the rose in it? I have trouble with rose oil and it is also heavy on the cedarwood which is stimulating for me for some reason. My issues may not be anything like any one else's, but I wanted to leave an honest review.

I seem to remember my dreams more readily than I did prior to using this oil!

At first, the scent was not my favorite, but it has helped my Fiance and I sleep for the last few weeks!

I am partial to the scent but it seems to help my mom & kids sleep more sound when used in the diffuser. The scent lingers long after so use with a minimalist approach.

I used to use mugwort tinture now I use this!

My husband tells me I have weird dreams, and it's true, I do! But since I've been using a drop or two of this amazing blend on my pillow case at night, they have been a little less frightening, and have given me clarification on some of my daily stress. I love this blend!
