I use this for my little one who has a hard time falling asleep. A relaxing blend, I haven't experienced lucid dreams yet.. but it sure smells like a dream :)

I am in love with LUCID!!! I have no problem falling asleep but I wake up 3-4 times every night. When I diffuse LUCID, I sleep better than a baby. I wake up feeling so rested and alive. I better reorder asap because I know that this bottle will not last long. Thankfully it only takes 2-3 drops to achieve a peaceful nights' sleep.

This is a strong oil and only a few drops are needed. That being said I LOVE this and find it VERY effective!!

This blend smells nice. It is calming and relaxing.

Some scents are not for everyone somthing about this oil doesn't jive with my vibe although it does calm the dogs down when I diffuse it.

I have difficulty sleeping, so I diffuse oils through the night to help promote relaxation and deep sleep. This is my FAVORITE nighttime blend, hands down. Lovely fragrance, good amount of scent throughout the room. Definitely makes me feel relaxed. Wish the bottle was bigger, I could get addicted!

This essential oil blend helps me sleep better, helps me not wake up in the middle of the night and also curbs nightmares! I remember more of the dreams I have instead of forgetting as soon as I wake up too. I put 3-4 drops on a cotton ball and put it in the slots of my air conditioner at night and its been working well!
