- One of my favoritesI purchased this to help with hot flashes and hopefully I will see some results soon. Still trying it and thought at first I would hate the smell but it is very pleasant. Have also blended with lavender.

- Good for MoodsI love this oil! I make a roller bottle with this, lavender, and a carrier oil and whenever I feel a little “moody”, I roll this on and it relaxes me. I will also diffuse it on stressful days.
