This is one oil that I won't skip using every day. I love the smell and it is so soothing.

I USE CLARY SAGE EVERY NIGHT ON MY LOWER STOMACH. IT HELPS EVEN OUT HORMONES AND I LOVE THE RELAXING SMELL OF SAGE. MIX WITH LEMON IN THE DIFFUSER AND IT SMELLS LIKE YOU JUST SMUDGED THE WHOLE HOUSE.

This is a great oil. I use it every night along with my cedarwood in my diffuser & on the bottoms of my feet. It has a light tea like smell & is very relaxing as well as grounding. I have noticed that since I began using it, I can't remember even one bad dreams.
