Grapeseed oil is chock full of powerful antioxidants which curb the production of free radicals. Cold pressed grapeseed oil repairs free radical damage associated with UV radiation as well as increases the body's natural ability to maintain proper levels of moisture. A few of the attributes of cold pressed grapeseed oil include: anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-histamine, anti-aging, anti-microbial, adaptogenic activity, humectant (moisture retention), acne reducing capabilities, and effective UV radiation protection.
Grapeseed oil may improve the production of collagen which is important for maintaining healthy connective tissues in our joints. It may also enhance elastin which is important for strong and supple skin. Penetrating into your skin quickly, grapeseed oil absorbs without leaving an oily residue.
Grapeseed's odorless and colorless oil works as a great carrier oil for other essential oils that require dilution.

Bulgarian lavender is grown exclusively in the fertile grounds of Bulgaria. The climate and altitude create for a unique and sought after lavender essential oil. Bulgarian lavender has a characteristic fruity and floral aroma. Lavender has been associated with purity and cleanliness since its infancy with the etymology stemming from lavare “to wash.” Contemporary aromatherapy as we know it today is invariably intertwined with lavender. The French chemist Rene-Maurice Gattefos was in his lab when he accidentally burned himself badly. With no time to waste he submerged his hand into the closest liquid to him, lavender oil. Astonished at the rate of recovery and minimal scarring from the burn, Rene began to study essential oils and applied oils on soldiers during World War I.

Cedarwood Atlas is native to Morocco. Cedarwood oil was used by the Egyptians to embalm the deceased, added into perfumes and cosmetics alike. It has a purifying and calming aspect to it which is why the Tibetans use it in incense and temples.
Atlas Cedarwood essential oil assists with skin infections, tightens pores, fights acne, removes blemishes, helps with oily skin, dandruff, hair loss, bronchitis, coughs, catarrh, insect repellent, fungus, cellulite, arthritis, acts as an immune stimulant, and purifies the air. It also reduces anxiety and promotes meditative states.
Atlas Cedarwood essential oil is antiseptic, astringent, diuretic, expectorant, fungicidal, sedative, insecticide, and a tonic.
RECIPE #1 - For Pain Relief
Dilute 7 drops of SOOTHE muscle rub into 1 tablespoon of Grapeseed oil and massage into sore muscles. Increase the ratio of SOOTHE muscle rub as desired for more relief.
RECIPE #2 - For Relaxation & Stress Relief
Dilute 4 drops of Bulgarian Lavender and 3 drops of Cedarwood Atlas into 1 tablespoon of Grapeseed oil and gently massage.
