HOW TO USE
Topically -
WOMEN WITH PERIODS:
Wait 1 week after your first day of bleeding, then for 3 weeks, add 2 to 4 drops diluted in a carrier oil twice daily to the neck area and for an increased effect you can add an additional 2 to 4 drops diluted in a carrier oil over your abdomen and massage gently into the skin. Skip this on the week of your period. Repeat for the next cycle. You do not usually need added progesterone while menstruating; however, a small amount can be used if cramps or migraines are a problem during periods.
WOMEN WITHOUT PERIODS:
Add 2 to 4 drops diluted in a carrier oil twice daily to the neck area and for an increased effect you can add an additional 2 to 4 drops diluted in a carrier oil over your abdomen and massage gently into the skin. You may do this all 4 weeks of the month.
