All-Natural Mouthwash Ingredients

How To Make

Combine 5ml Peppermint (100 Drops), 3ml Lemon (60 Drops), 2ml Nutmeg (40 Drops) Essential Oils into a 10ml Dropper Bottle.
Add 6 drops of this blend into 30 ml (approx 6 teaspoons) of Fractionated coconut oil.
Add 5 teaspoons (1oz) of dry ph restore powder.
Fill the rest of the 4oz bottle with distilled water and shake well before each use.

Substitute your own essential oils to change the flavor or change the quantities to change the intensity. Peppermint Hydrosol can be added for a mintier taste if desired.

How To Use

Shake well before each use as settling is normal. Swish a mouthful of pH Restore for 20 to 30 seconds as needed to freshen breath. A single use per day will promote tooth enamel whitening and remineralization.

For best results, use in conjunction with Jade Bloom's PROTECT Remineralizing Toothpaste and avoid using other products that contain glycerin or alcohol.

There seems to be an inconsistency between the mouthwash recipe on the product label, which specifies 75 drops of essential oils, and the mouthwash recipe in the product details text of the webpage, which specifies 6 drops of essential oils per roughly 4

This mouthwash (when made according to directions and adding in a little clove oil) is amazingly effective at helping prevent and cure tooth infections. It's the best investment you can make in your oral health. I always have this mouthwash on hand and use it every day, and am thankful that Jade Bloom offers it :)

Advantages

This mouthwash tastes pleasant. It is easy to make the refill and handy to have the packets in powder form. It's also great that the refill packet makes so many refills.

Disadvantages

The only thing I need to get better at is refilling immediately when I run out.

Advantages

I love how my teeth feel after I use this. They are so smooth. I use it in the morning and again right before bed. When I wake up in the morning my mouth still feels fresh.Teeth still feel smooth.

Disadvantages

Its a little gritty but not horrible.

I mixed this powder but didnt add any essential oils to it. I still love it. Its a little gritty but the taste really isnt that horrible without the oils in it.
