I've noticed decreased tooth sensitivity after 1 month

My back molars have always been sensitive to cool/cold liquids from brushing my teeth too hard. Even just swishing my mouth with cool tap water would cause some sensitivity until the water warmed up a little. After using this product for 1 month, I have noticed a decreased sensitivity to cold liquids. The sensitivity is still there but things that normally would bother me are much more mild now.
We ended up ordering 2 more bottles because I liked it so much. The taste is a little strong at first but you'll get used to it and the minty fresh feeling you get afterwards is better than any other mouthwash brand I've tried.

I wasn’t sure at first if this was something I wanted to try but I can’t even tell you how glad I am that I did! It has unique flavor but not in a bad way at all, it is actually not as potent as I thought it was going to be. The “burning/tingling” sensation I get from brand name mouthwash isn’t something that I (personally) had an issue with as I thought it was actually very subtle compared to most. Definitely leaves your breath smelling fresh and you can feel the clean.

Advantages
I hate Listerine and all other mouthwashes to the point that I stopped using them all together till I got this. I don't think it's too strong at all. It has a good taste for an herbal mouthwash but it's not too minty which bothers my teeth. Sensitivity has decreased with cold foods as well.Disadvantages
Milky texture but I don't mind it it actually coats the teeth well. Takes a lot of shaking before use to mix it back up so I just shake it while I brush and it's usually ready to use when I'm done.Comment

So awesome to find a product that does not have glycerin (as well as no alcohol or fluoride). Love the flavor and the fact it also has the ionic trace minerals. Also great for me because I have a lot of inflammation and allergy/sinus issues that sometimes makes my teeth feel sore, and using this knocks that soreness out.decent

I did not like the taste, very strong and harsh. I got the peppermint one,so the taste was too much to handle.The bottle lasted only two months, which is not a lot of time. The bottle is glass, so you must handle with care. I almost drop it with water in my hands after brushing.Comment
I did see my teeth were white and can see a difference in my health. I would purchase in a different taste and make sure to buy more than one.

I have tried to use this a couple times now and just cant stand it. It makes me gag and want to throw up. I dont know if there is something else I can add to make it better without ruining the effectiveness. Alot of people say it is strong peppermint. I wish it was, maybe then I would be able to use it. I want to be able to use this instead of the ones from the stores.
