We formulated this to help with what many of us seem to struggle with... focus.
Getting through the day.
Focusing on the project, the goal, the test.
Focusing on being present.
If I could bottle focus, it’d smell like this: crisp spearmint, calming chamomile, warm geranium, grounding sage, and a whisper of sweet myrtle. That’s our Focus Blend—a simple, plant-powered support system for your busy, beautiful brain.
And it’s not just about productivity. This is about feeling steady. Alert without anxiety. Tuned in instead of tapped out.
Why Focus Blend?
Because we wanted something that helped you clear the mental clutter without making you feel wired or overwhelmed. Something that says:
“Hey brain, we’re doing this now. Let’s go.”
Each of these oils was chosen for a reason—and not just because they smell amazing (although… they do). Let’s walk through it.
Spearmint
Cool, fresh, bright. Spearmint is the wake-up call your brain actually likes.
It’s been shown in studies to support working memory and sustained attention—especially when inhaled. Think: fewer “What was I doing again?” moments, more mental clarity.
Spanish Sage
Spanish Sage doesn’t shout. It quietly works behind the scenes to help you focus in.
Plants in the Salvia family (like clary and common sage) have been studied for their ability to support cognitive function, especially memory and concentration. We chose Spanish Sage because it blends beautifully here—and brings that same legacy of mental support.
Geranium
Emotionally scattered? Geranium helps dial it back.
It’s been shown to calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and even influence brain waves in ways that promote relaxed alertness. Perfect for those of us who need to quiet the noise without going numb.
German Chamomile
You already know chamomile for calm, but this one’s different. It doesn’t put you to sleep—it keeps you grounded.
It contains apigenin, which supports GABA activity in the brain (aka your chill-out chemical), but without the crash. It’s like your brain exhaling.
Myrtle
This one’s subtle, but it matters. Myrtle brings a soft uplift to the blend—traditionally used to promote clarity and emotional balance. Think of it as the gentle thread that ties everything together.
What we hear from our ADHD/ Neurodivergent community
So many of our customers with ADHD and Neurodivergence use this blend regularly—diffused while working, or applied to the skin before a test, a meeting, or even school drop-off. And their feedback is consistent:
“I didn’t expect it to work, but my brain actually felt quieter—and more awake.”
“I use it every day. I don’t go without it now.”
While essential oils aren’t a replacement for medication or therapy, they can be a helpful part of your toolkit. Especially when they support both emotional regulation and mental clarity, like this one does.
How to use it
???? Diffuse
Add 3–5 drops to your diffuser. Let it run for 20–30 minutes while you work, study, or shift gears. Morning and mid-afternoon are especially great.
???? Apply it (diluted)
Mix at a 1–2% dilution in your favorite carrier oil and apply to your temples, wrists, or the back of your neck. (Always do a patch test first.)
You can also carry it with you in a roller for on-the-go support—before school, before meetings, or anytime your focus feels fuzzy.
So here is the thing: this isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.
Focus isn’t just about checking things off your list. It’s about showing up.
For the work.
For the moment.
For yourself.
This blend helps you do that—gently, naturally, and in a way that feels good in your body.
So yes, if I could bottle focus, it’d smell like this. And I’d offer it to anyone who’s ever felt scattered, stressed, or stretched too thin.
Try it. And when you do, tell us how it feels.
