I added this to my migraine blend. It is the best. Don't like the smell, but the healing properties are great!

Doesn’t really have a smell but I’m excited to use it to make my own blends!! I have a friend that wants a muscle roller and this was in the recipe I found on the jade bloom app

I use Black Cumin Seed Oil in my home made tooth paste. THere was a definite change in the whitening of my teeth and in the coloring and health of my gums when I began adding it. I also use it on my burn scars. WHich are now smoother and fading faster.

We take a teaspoon of this once a day if we start to feel like we are coming down with flu like symptoms. It's rough to take internally though.

I have taken this oil in gel caps with copaiba internally.I will also use iI love having black cumin seed oil to use for health and beauty!
