Advantages

Black seed oil works best when ingested. I like to put a dropperful in a drink and it really helped with my painful sinusitis. Should have figured out the benefits of ingesting it sooner so I wouldn't miss work. Previously just using it regularly on the face helps give a little color for a healthy glow and combined with frankincense, lavender and peppermint drops helps with the sinusitis when massaged into the whole face. Surprisingly before I was ingesting it, I was having (black poop) and couldn't figure out why cause I didn't eat or drink anything black, all I did was apply a 1/3 dropperful to my face a few times day and night. Anyway, I gave my first bottle of black seed oil to my daughter so I was glad that this was in my CC pkg and could start using it to help with my sinus problems. It has really helped shorten my time off work to feel better faster.

Disadvantages

They say this cures everything but death. More needs to be said about all its amazing powerful benefits. Didn't realize it would be so helpful for sinusitis too

Black seed oil is a miracle in a bottle. It works fast on everything. I have a type of eczema and I breakout from soups and chemicals. This stuff has help my breakout to clear up and stop itching. My 16 year old was feeling back with body aches and headaches. I gave her half a dropper and she felt great after an hour.

This is absolutely the best carrier of all! I have introduced it to 6 family members and we can't get over everything it works for. Skeptics at first then the saw the power of it. Works great for toothaches, diaper rash, teething pain... everything! Everyone gets 2 gel tabs a day and sickness stays away. We add a drop of oregano to each tab if sickness sneaks in...and we are well the next day. Love this carrier!

I sue this in capsules with Oregano anytime I get sick or feel sickness coming on. It shortens my time of being sick and/or I just bypass getting sick at all. Highly recommend. I'm also reading that it's great for pain so I'll try that next!

This has so many uses! I love it for pain! It is a must have for me to mix with digest blend and rub on my stomach and lower abdomen when I am having pain! Also great to have for any digestive issues to mix with Digest blend! Great to use for a pain blend for sore or achy muscles!

This is a terrific carrier oil for all my pain recipes. Will keep on hand as a go to.
