I'm never without this carrier oil. I use this for my own pain blend as the carrier oil due to it's pain relieving benefits. It's also what I put in capsules with a drop of oregano oil or thyme oil to dilute.

Black seed is my go to for pain relief, skin care and everything in between. I use it mixed with Frank and Garlic on my hip and the pain goes away almost immediately. I also put it in my nightly skin cream, a roller bottle with oregano and tea tree for sore throats.

I also take this orally with my daily vitamins. I don't like the taste, so I put it in capsules.

I have heard so many good things about Black Cumin Seed Oil. I take a drop or 2 mixed into some honey, at the first sign of illness. It seems to help me to reduce symptoms. The taste is strong, and takes a little getting use to. I use it when needed. I would recommend.

I started to use this black seed oil for my neck pain, the skin on my neck was getting riugh then red rash all over my neck. I stop using the oil and wash my neck. Rash is still there after three days. Hope it will go away soon

I started using Black Seed Oil, about a year ago, after reading the amazing things it can help with. I was concerned as my cholesterol and blood pressure were slowing creeping up. So, I tried the Black Seed, and a year later, after having my labs checked, my cholesterol is back in the low end of normal and my blood pressure is back to normal. So pleased!! I noticed also that when I take the black seed oil, my anxiety is relieved. This is an amazing oil, that I will continue to keep in my daily arsenal, for my health.

I'm so glad I finally found something natural to relieve my daily anxiety! I love the Turkish oil, as it's much milder in taste. This works so good, that I have shared with my daughter, to help her severe anxiety. I've also noticed my hot flashes are much milder, when taking the black seed oil on daily basis.

BEYOND IMPRESSED with this little miracle in a bottle!! I've been using it on my face and on my shins. I have VERY inflamed shin splints that I've had for YEARS!! Since elementary school or middle school and now I'm 25. So it's been years since they've been inflamed. I'm not an athlete or very athletic at all so I think I got them in P.E in school. That's my best guess. But I've been using my pain blend on them in a roller bottle twice a day (nutmeg with this carrior oil) and... guess what? They're less inflamed and they hardly even hurt anymore!! As for my face,it's super smooth but still not silky soft. I think I'm going to use this carrior oil and pair it a essential oil that's good for skin and go that way. It should work this time because this carrior oil is like magic! Also,I had a HUGE pimple pop up on my nose a couple days ago and I put this carrior oil on it and it was nearly gone the next day! It's completely gone today because I plan to keep useing this on my face every day. I even had to make my mom a roller bottle with this and Nutmeg in it for pain. Her back was hurting pretty bad and I rolled her new roller bottle I made her on it and,once she sat down,she said it helped!! Amazeing!! I plan on ALWAYS haveing the oil on hand!! So good for basically ANYTHING!!!

Oh my gosh...I'm VERY impressed with this carrior oil!! It's wonderful for pain and circulation but I discovered that all of my whiteheads and blackheads on my face has disappeared also!! INCREDIBLE!!! I don't even use it on my face either! I tried SO MANY differnat essential oils for my face but they never worked for my blackheads and whiteheads so I'm beyond impresed!! I use it in a roller bottle with Nutmeg essential oil for circulation and sleep. I just roll it on the bottom of my feet. At 1st I was useing it up to 4 times a day for circulation because I was in pain because of bad circulation issues, including at night. But,since I've been using it alot,I no longer need to use as much. I used it yesterday for TMJ pain and a headache and it worked for both of those. Trust me,YOU NEED THIS CARRIER OIL!!! It's a miracle in a bottle and it's SO healthy for you!! It's also good for your heart and prevents heart disease!! Get it!! get it now!!

I started taking this orally about two months ago. Within the first couple of days, pressure I'd had in my ears for I don't know how long, cleared up and eased the intensity of my tinnitus. I have also noticed I don't feel as run-down by mid-day as I used to. I use this in hair and face serums as well, it's a very good all-around oil.
