I've been using 1-2 drops every day in my water in the morning. I'm taking it because I know it's good for me. It has sort of an anise taste to it. It's not bad. I haven't noticed anything for health benefits but I take it because I know it's good for me. I have a lot of inflammation and I hope this will help

I use this in my capsules with frankinscense and lemon. Love it!! Highly recommend this carrier oil!

I love this stuff. I am on my feet all day running a small business. For days I was having pain down the back of my legs so after I showered I rubbed this oil onto my legs then rubbed rosemary oil on. Literally within ten minutes my pain was greatly diminished. By morning the pain was completely gone. This is now my go to carrier oil for pain.

I get cold sores when my seasonal allergies kick in, and this year I've been using this oil in a roller bottle as soon as I feel a tingle. It has made a huge difference in the severity and length of time I suffer.

It smells just like cumin seed, and everytime I mix it with Rosehip seed oil and almond oil I feel like I am putting mexican food on my face. Haha! But I am loving the effects and how it feel and absorbs into my skin.

I add this to my infused oils to make a healing balm. I add it to my body oil blend. I sometimes just add a little Frankincense and smooth over my face neck and chest.

So to be honest I had never heard of black seed oil and had no idea this oil was from cumin seeds. Once I received the oil and started reaserching it I was impressed with how many different ways to use it, the exstincive list of what it is known to help and cute and over all health benefits of this oil. Because it has anti fungle and ani bacterial properties i was imeditaly curious to see if it was strong enough to get rid of the ring worm on my face that I have been battleing for the past two years with over the counter anti fungle medications. I am to new to the oils to trust ingesting just yet, so I figured I would put this oil to the test and applied it to the ring worm on my cheeks. After about a week of applying this oil every night before I went to sleep I started noticing a difference in size, inflammation and no longer had a itchy sensation. With in few weeks it was completely gone!!! It worked! I was blown away! This oil is a merical and would recommend everybody adding this one to their medicine cabinet!!!
