I used this oil on a turned ankle that was swollen but not broken or sprained. I know it is used as a carrier oil but I am happy to report that it helped speed up the recovery on my ankle as it took away the redness and most of the puffiness. Will buy again.

I'm using this oil to make my face oil. I'm loving it. The smell is not my favorite but the benefits are worth it. I will be buying this oil again and having it on hand at all times.

I had some tyoe of mouth ulcer at the roof of my mouth that was painful & happened to have just received this oil. I put some on my thumb & rubbed it on the roof of my mouth including the ulcer. I immediately felt a 75% reduction in discomfort. I have used black seed oil before (I make capsules) internally & this one is high quality & it works but the price is too high. This oil is expensive anyway but more expensive from Jade Bloom when you do a cost per ounce comparison. Lucky for me I received mine as a bonus buy.

I took a gamble on black seed oil and didn't know what to do with it. Recently, I decided to try it with coconut oil on my toothbrush. It's a number 1 Hit !!! Hip hip hooray

I love the smell! And, I cautiously tried tasting it as some say the taste is offensive but I sure didn't think so. Great product! I've been using it on my face for wrinkles as well as Frankincense for age spots. It seems to be working! Makes my skin feel nice and soft. Just a couple of drops in the palms of my hands did away with some seriously dry skin in just a couple of applications that lotion was not touching. They say this stuff is great for everything. I think that could be right! Love it.
