Tea Brewing Instructions: Use 1 teaspoon of Chai blend per cup of water. Put Chai blend in cold water and heat slowly until water comes to a boil. Add sweetener if desired and then low boil for another 5 to 10 minutes. Turn off the heat source and steep for an additional 15 minutes. Strain and add warm milk to taste.
To re-steep, add 1-2 minutes to the original steeping time. For each additional steep, continue to add 1-2 additional minutes until the flavor is exhausted.
Why choose loose leaf tea over tea bags? Whole leaf or loose leaf tea provides the cup with more flavor, health benefits and aroma than commercial tea bags, which are often made up of tiny leaf bits and tea dust which has lost most of its flavor and antioxidants.
Often times, the paper tea bags collapse onto the tea preventing water from infusing every inch of the leaf- flavor is usually extracted after only one steep whereas loose leaf tea can be steeped multiple times for several cups of tea.

As a die-hard chai drinker, I've tried making my own chai at home countless times, following different recipes and methods. This chai mix is by far the best I've ever tried! I make mine in a concentrate, using about a tablespoon per cup (8oz) of water and I boil it for a few minutes longer than instructed. My favorite way to drink it is half chai, half fresh brewed coffee, lightly sweetened with a splash of plant milk. So yummy! Once I'm done steeping the tea, I put the used bits into a small crock pot with some more water to make the smell in the house last for a few days.

This is the best Chai I have ever had. The flavor is bold, and it is great for the colder weather. I will definitely recommend it to others, and I will purchase it again.
i had NO clue i Liked Tea until Mirs Jenn in the Group on face book shared! when she spoke of this TEA i had to try it ! this is my second time purchase i am now a repeat offender! this tea is reach and lovely Just as Mrs Jenn stated and some i am thrilled hot or cold this tea is excellent !
I like that you can adjust the ratios and cook time depending on your desired strenght and how you plan to serve it.

This was really good! I like mine a little stronger so I doubled the amount to a teaspoon per 8 ounces. Love the way it makes the house smell and it has a really good flavor. I will be buying more!!
