Menopause does nothing for your libido and I have found that Delight & Ignite together help stir my passions. I put a drop of my grapeseed oil in my palm and add several drops of each and rub on the bottoms of my feet before a romantic night with my husband. I also like to use the delight before my Yoga class; I apply it on my wrists and chest to enjoy the smell and the benefits!

This EO smells amazing... would be comparable to Joy from another EO company. They smell very very similar. Only, Jade Bloom offers a lower price but same great therapeutic properties. Highly recommended.
