This blend is very good for mood swings. I'm not bipolar but I do have major depression so I have mood swings during the day and it can definitely feel like I'm bipolar but I know I'm not because I don't have highs and lows. Just mood swings. But Delight has really helped to keep me calm and keep my mood under control. And YES!! This is DEFINITELY my favorite blend from Jade Bloom. I can't live without it!!

Lilacs!

I forgot to add this in my last review but,for some reason,this blend makes me think of lilacs. I had to look up pictures to confirm this but yes. It reminds me of lilacs. Don't really know why because we don't have lilacs here and I've never smelled of them or been around them but I think it's the Jasmine in this blend that does that. Really cool!

This oil smells SO AMAZEING!! I just LOVE the smell. I look forward to diffusing this every day and that's not common for me. As for being more happy,I'm not sure. It seems to relax me if it does anything and it does seem seem help with my anxiety but that's all the benefits that I've noticed so far. Also,the Jasmine is pretty strong in this one in the diffuser necklace and I found out that I'm not a huge fan of Jasmine. I still like it but it's not my favorite oil. But Delight does smell alot like Joy from Young Living so,if you like Joy,you'll love this. I love Joy from Young Living so this is perfect. I'll definitely be repurchasing this.
Does what the name says.. very uplifting!! I like to rub a a drop or 2 on my wrist or diffuser bracelet and smell it throughout the day and it gives me a quick little energy and mood boost. Love it
