I use in oil mixture for hip bursitis and in my diffuser to help sleep at night

I put it in my diffuser at night to help me sleep. Sometimes I sleep all night without waking.

This is one of my main go to oils. It smells amazing and is so relaxing every time I diffuse it. I use it for everything. My stepdaughter loves when I diffuse it for her when she's stressed out or having trouble sleeping. I especially love adding it to a few drops of peppermint and eucalyptus when I'm struggling with allergies and congestion, makes for a great blend at bed time so it can help me sleep while the other two oils help me breathe!

Must have for everyone. So many uses. Allergies, sleep, calming anxieties.
