Pumpkin seeds contain alpha-tocopherol, gamma-tocopherol, delta-tocopherol, alpha-tocomonoenol, and gamma-tocomonoenol. They also provide ample amounts of magnesium and phosphorus, in addition to phytonutrients such as lignans and phenolic antioxidants.
