I use this in my daily evening detox tea of warm water, lemon oil and honey and one or two drops of ginger...aids in digestion - I also use it in a roller bottle for aches and inflammation blended with other oils - it is a must have in the home oils first aid kit- in my opinion...

I purchased this oil because I was inpired by another brand of essential oil, hoping it would have the similar smell. It did not, however I realize that not all oils will have a pleasant scent. The properties of this oil and what it does supercedes the reason why I purchased it in the first place. Ginger does help with inflammmation and I have used it to make my own soothing balm.

Great for neausea. Best if mixed with peppermint or spearmint.

I just got this last week, and haven't used it yet, but am excited! I love cooking with ginger, and sources say it's OK to use oil as a replacement, but i'm not sure?? It definitely smells like ginger, maybe more so than real ginger!

this smells kind of weird but mixed with peppermint it helps relieve my nausea due to pregnancy.

For those that ingest oils, I LOVE adding a drop to a cup of chai or even simply a steaming cup of water and honey for chest congestion relief.

Use in balm for joints. Warming and great for indigestion as well.

I use this when ever I have inflammation.... my knee was hurting the other day just put a little on it and it takes away all the inflammation. Smells just like ginger does when you are grating it.

I tried rubbing this oil on chest when congested, it helped to open the lungs very quickly! I was pleasantly surprised by how much it did help. A friend with asthma also tried rubbing on her chest and did find relief soon after. She was amazed and wrote the Jade Bloom info down to check out the site later. She was happy she did not have to puff like she normally would have had to. Have already recommended this to several people, it is a new must for my oil collection!
