Good. Smell is a bit strong, so I use gingergrass in diffuser blends instead, but ginger has great benefits

I added this to a Digest blend and my morning sickness was under control and I was able to function and take care of my toddler (I was bedridden pretty much my entire first pregnancy with vomiting and nausea even with 24/7 prescription meds).
