I had a bruise on my thigh the other day and heard that Fennel helps bruising. I purchased this oil from Jade Bloom along with several others a few weeks ago and decided to crack open this one and give it a try. I rubbed a few drops in my thigh before bed time and when I woke up the bruise was mostly gone and so was the pain. I love essential oils. Thank you Jade Bloom for making them affordable for us!!!
