I have always loved anything that smells or tastes like licorice, and I used to chew on fennel sprigs for the flavor and for upset stomach. I used fennel tea for my kids when they were little, and now I am excited to have fennel essential oil for all the wonderful things it is good for!! This one is delicious!!

My mother has terrible heartburn. I have been using the fennel sweet taking one drop of it from a pipette and putting one drop of it under her tongue. Almost immediately her heartburn is gone. For a woman who suffers with it almost daily to a debilitating degree this product has done wonders thank you Jade Bloom!!

I purchased Fennel Sweet oil because I feel that this oil is what I needed for myself, it has the ability to increase your confidence an boost your self esteem! Also it helps us ladies on our time of the month! It can help relieve menstrual cramps it also help us stay calm an happy! The scent is like black licorice, which I'm not to big on but the benifits out way the smell, I usally mix it with another oil like Lemon or Cedarwood to help cover the smell, I feel that Fennel Sweet has help me become more comfortable being myself an it has helped ease my time of the month woes, I enjoy the benifits that come from using this oil! I believe this one is really good for the female body, I diffuse this one every few weeks an I add some to my diffuser necklace on my monthly visits, I also dilute it an rub some on my tummy to alleviate cramps, aches, an pains, I can really feel a difference using this on my monthly visits it does help a lot! I would recommend this to all those ladies who have a hard time at that time of the month, it does relieve your pms an pain! I hope you will give it a try it's a win win!

I received this as a promotional gift. I use a drop or 2 in tea before bed. I use this for digestion and hormonal balance. I have not yet noticed a difference buy maybe it takes awhile or maybe I should use it more regularly! Love the scent and the taste is not too bad.
