Love the quality of this oil. I diffuse it for Halloween which is perfect with it's spicy licorice scent. When I have a tummy ache, I rub it around my belly button with a carrier oil and smell it straight from the bottle. I also make a tea with it, after a big meal to help with digestion.

Great for Digestive issues, and diffusing! I like to add to an emotional blend I use in the recovery center when I teach yoga.

Straight from the bottle, you can't get all the subtle notes of this Fennel until you rub it onto your skin or diffuse it. If you've ever cut into a fresh fennel plant, that's exactly what it smells like. I read on other reviews that it helped with bruising. I had just bruised my top of my pointer finger while playing a great piano duet with a student (my finger slipped and hit the edge of the key) and it REALLY hurt-and our recital performance was only a few days away. The fennel did seem to help the bruising go away faster. I also had bruised that same finger on the opposite (bone side) pretty bad a few days before, and it took longer for that bruise to go away, even with fennel. Probably because it's less fleshy on that side of the finger.
