Coriander, also known as cilantro and Chinese parsley, is an annual herb that is said to be native to Europe, down to Northern Africa, across to Western Asia. It has been an important medicinal and fragrant herb throughout the ages.

Coriander essential oil has demonstrated its ability to effectively purge microbes and bacteria when applied directly, making it an excellent addition to personal care formulations and deodorants. Coriander seed essential oil contains two components, Terpineol and Terpinolene, which account for its pain relieving properties. Coriander oil is also thought to be an aphrodisiac, increasing libido in both men and women.

Coriander seed essential oil is a unique addition to cosmetic applications, personal care formulations, soaps, perfumery, and aromatherapy.

This is another new oil ...diagnosed

This is another new oil to me and I wanted to try it out because it's in my all natural conditioner and I love the smell of it. I love the smell of this oil as well. It's very calming though because I diffused it yesterday and nearly went to sleep! It was still day time! I also heard this oil is good for diabetes and for weight loss which is cool. I'm very overweight but I use grapefruit to lose weight instead.I was diagnosed with prediabetes a year ago but I think I'm in the clear again and it went away. Still need to get my blood taken to see but I feel MUCH more engerized and better than I did before so I think I'm better. But I wish I had known about this oil last year because it's good for diabetes and maybe my anxiety wouldn't be so high if I'd known about it. But it's ok because I'm doing really good now. I know it seems like I'm one of those people who think all medicine is bad and replace that with oils but that couldn't be further from the truth! I take my medicine every day. I just use oils to help with whatever I need them for. I mostly just use essential oils for scent anyway.
