The aroma of this essential oil's aroma is highly reminiscent of Cognac Brandy. Thisessential oil is distilled from the ‘lees’, which is the wine precipitate from the oak barrels after Cognac has been properly aged. The process of steam distillation removes the alcohol and captures the aroma of this fruity essence. Cognac adds to colognes and perfumes as they become imbued with muscatel fruity notes that bring levity to firs, flowers, and roots.
Cognac (White) Essential Oil is used frequently in the flavoring and perfumery industry.
