Hey, Jade Bloom Family!

Adam here. I am really excited to be writing the second of four blog posts this month with the focus being on men’s health topics. This post is in regard to an issue that I relate to deeply, and believe is not talked about nearly enough, especially among men.

Think mustaches are creepy? Well, there’s nothing creepy about men’s health.

If you’re a lover of Anthropologie and Mario Badescu Skin Care like I am, or have spent even just 10 minutes inside of an Urban Outfitters, then you’ve probably heard of (or even religiously used) Mario Badescu’s Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater.

If you gave our customer service department a call on the Friday of Memorial Weekend, you would have heard evidence of healthy morale and company culture being high on the priority list of our company.

Sunscreens in general, as well as the specific ingredients used in the production of them, have been the subject of a lot of discussion and controversy over the last decade. While it’s generally agreed upon that chemical sunscreens have short-term as well as long-term health risks, more companies are utilizing mineral ingredients in their sunscreen formulations.

Brace yourself for a word that is equally recognizable as it is unfairly stigmatized: Herpes. It is estimated that up to 90% of the population has some form of Herpes. 2 out of every 3 people carries a strain of the HSV1 virus and 1 out of every 6 people carries a strain of the HSV2 virus.

We have many exciting new developments happening at Jade Bloom and I personally wanted to reach out to you and let you know what we have been working on for you. Also, if you have a moment, I'd like to share a little of the vision behind Jade Bloom, where we've come from, and where we're going.
