Tonight I had the worst tension headache for hours. I took ibuprofen but it didn't help. I remembered I had purchased Alleviate. I put 5-6 drops in my diffuser and rubbed some on the back of my neck and the base of my head at the occipital bone. That was 20 minutes ago and my headache is almost completely gone already. I'm sure in a little while I will be sound asleep. I am so thankful for this blend!

I love this oil. This is all I have used for headaches for the last two months.

I have used this oil to help relieve tension and stress. I rub it on the back of my neck, forehead, and down to my temples. When I start feeling the tension coming on, it really seems to help. Has a pleasant aroma.
