Tonight I had the worst tension headache for hours. I took ibuprofen but it didn't help. I remembered I had purchased Alleviate. I put 5-6 drops in my diffuser and rubbed some on the back of my neck and the base of my head at the occipital bone. That was 20 minutes ago and my headache is almost completely gone already. I'm sure in a little while I will be sound asleep. I am so thankful for this blend!

I have used this oil to help relieve tension and stress. I rub it on the back of my neck, forehead, and down to my temples. When I start feeling the tension coming on, it really seems to help. Has a pleasant aroma.

Alleviate is amazing it really helps with tension and its smells great! I've been using it for my cold also it helps me breathe better through my nose.

This is a miracle worker! I had a really bad headache for over 12 hours and resigned myself to bed early in the day because I couldn’t stand to be awake anymore. A few seconds after smelling the oil, I was surprised to notice that the sharp, stabbing headache had morphed into a dull but tolerable headache.
