Alleviate is amazing it really helps with tension and its smells great! I've been using it for my cold also it helps me breathe better through my nose.

This is a miracle worker! I had a really bad headache for over 12 hours and resigned myself to bed early in the day because I couldn’t stand to be awake anymore. A few seconds after smelling the oil, I was surprised to notice that the sharp, stabbing headache had morphed into a dull but tolerable headache. It was the first time I used the product and I’m so impressed by how quickly it helped me. Definitely keeping it handy going forward.

I purchased this oil to see if it would help with the tension in my neck I suffer from chronic pain. And it works wonderfully as well as the aroma just helps relieve stress.

I love the smell of Alleviate, and use it sometimes just for a jolt as a change up to boost, Well-Being, and Focus. I am fortunate not to get a lot of headches, but haven’t had a lot of success for this purpose, but it does remove general tensions. I always have around!

A drop of this with a drop of carrier oil and rub on temples for a headache. Smells nice and it helps the pain.
