Love this Oil. Helps when I get tension headaches

I have a bottle at work and in my purse (for my car). Whenever I feel tense or stressed I diffuse thus and I can feel the stress/tension just melt away. This blend is another staple in my collection.

I like to put a drop of ALLEVIATE Tension Blend on my temples when I get a headache, or put a few drops of it in my diffuser. I am prone to frequent headaches, and this helps.

The alleviate blend smells so good, is a big help with my regular headaches and has even helped take the edge off of my horrible migraines when medication isn't working. It isn't anything super amazing that will wipe out a migraine completely, at least not for me, but it is a great oil to have on hand. I enjoy defusing it while I'm relaxing and trying to fight off a killer migraine and resting in a dark room.

I use this regularly. Love it.

Recovering from my 2nd brain surgery and this oil makes a huge difference! Smells wonderful and uplifting all while keeping headaches in check!

I bought this for headache relief. When I feel a headache coming on I rub a few drops of Alleviate on my temples and it keeps the headache at bay. Unfortunately if the headache is already bad, I still have to take ibuprofen but Alleviate is still relaxing aromatically.
