Let me just say that this is like heaven in a bottle. It has some of my favorite scents...Palmarosa and Yland Ylang. Need to create a room spray with this soon as I love it. So refreshing!!!!!
I ordered this because I have trouble slowing down at night. I often don't get enough sleep because I turn into a hoot own the second the covers come up to my chin. I started with the sample bottle because I didn't want to have this just go to waste if it didn't fulfill its purpose. Needless to say, I bought a large bottle this week. It almost immediately relaxes me. I diffuse a couple drops in my room at night just as I am going through my before bed routine. It has made a big difference!! I can't say that I am completely cured of the hoot owl syndrome (as my mother calls it) but my eyes are easily closed in a shorter time frame than before.
Savasana is my absolute fave, of my 40-bottle collection of JB oils. Savasana + a couple drops of Pink Grapefruit in the diffuser (the citrus complements the tropical-floral of the Ylang Ylang nicely) is my go-to for relaxation/anti-anxiety.
I was surprised by the smell of this blend. The combo of oils smells totally different than any of the individual oils. I love it! The lemon notes stand out when rubbed on the skin. Great to help you fall asleep!
