Very nice blend. It tastes and smells great and best of all? It really does cut your appetite. I made my own metabolic blend a few months ago and while mine was okay, I have to say this one is much better.

Delicious taste, just got it so only used it a couple days so far, but its super yummy and covers the taste of the city water at work.. lol

I think Trim tastes delightfully refreshing and leaves a clean, citrusy aftertaste with each sip. I use it in a glass bottle at work and it gets me through the afternoon and evening with minimal cravings. It's also nice in a cup of hot herbal tea.

I have been taking this oil every day to help curb my afternoon and evening sugar cravings. Tastes good mixed in a full glass of water.

I honestly think this is the worse tasting oil ever. I have only used it in water. I really wanted it to work but, I cannot stand the taste.

I started using trim when I found out I had thyroid problems. The doctor put me on a really high dose of thyroid meds. Since I started using trim my thyroid meds are no longer needed. I have started to have more energy and I'm not as tired by the end of the day. It has a wonderful smell and it tastes great! I put 8 drops in some olive oil and put it in a capsule and take it 3 times a day. I also have bought other eo's from Jade Bloom and I love them!!! I have tried other direct sells companies eo's and I can truly say that Jade Bloom's oils are a lot better quality. Thanks Jade Bloom for making eo's affordable with the best quality.

I love this it really curbed my appetite. I wear it in a diffuser necklace and add it to a glass of water in the morning and smell it all day I find myself eating half as much.( I have a 1 year old and I'm a sahm so I have a high stress level and I stress eat)

Be careful! It doesn't mention it but essential oils should never be added to plastic drinking cups or water bottles! Always use glass!

I put the trim oil in a nasal inhaler I use it through out the day, it smells fantastic and yes it really does curbs my appetite. I love Jade Bloom products I have made numerous orders and will continue to buy, great oils, fantastic prices!!!
