It seems to work at stopping my cravings. I just need to have it with me more often.

The flavor is very powerful even mixed into water. I enjoyed it though. I had to cut down to everyone day because it was a little too rough on my stomach. I think no just need to find th proper mix for myself. I noticed a big difference in cravings while I was drinking this.

I use this every day

I use this oil every morning on my wrists, and a couple drops in water throughout the day. The oil smells amazing, I always get compliments and the taste is great as.

I love the refreshing taste which helps me to drink more water. I also have less apetite which may be because of the oils or because I am drinking more water, but who cares? It's light, refreshing, healthy and soothing to my stomach.

I absolutely love TRIM. It smells good and taste good. I'm not a big water drinker and I drink lots of water now with TRIM. Almost time for another bottle. I also love the educational videos from Jade Bloom. I'm new to essential oils and the education from Jade Bloom gives me a safety security especially from a mothers stand point!

I hate the taste of this oil, but it smells good. I still use it but not in my drinks now. I do add Lemon and Grapefruit to my water and it works awesome

Has a great taste

I'm trying it for the first time this morning. I added 7 drops to a bottle of water and it smells and tastes great! Love the citrus/cinnamon combination. I don't know how it will work as far as weight loss just yet, but as far as being able to replace sugary drinks I think it's going to be a winner!

Love this in my alkaline water while I work out... So refreshing!!
