Diff works at boosting your metabolism, so don't take on an empty stomach haha I put a few drops in my glass water bottle for work and drink it through out the day. And of course essential oils are amazing and can be used for multiple things. So on top of boosting your metabolism this helps me not get sick at work. I was the only one at work that didn't get the sickness that was going around. My favorite blend.

I lost 4lbs in 1 week by rubbing this blend on my stomach and hips. I have shared some of this with friends. They liked the results too.

I somewhat knew to oils. I've done lots of research into them and have many household recipes to make. But I wasn't sure about how to use them for weight loss. TRIM is the perfect combination of oils for that. I'm I mindless eater and this has a mild taste and is amazing with warding off that hungry feeling.

I think this tastes refreshing. Been adding a drop to two drops to water a couple times a day, before meals. It helps calm that hangry tummy before you eat sonyou don't overeat.

I have not lost any weight since using this product and it doesnt make me feel fuller or anything like that but I enjoy the smell. I added it to water one time and it make my mouth tingle so I probably wont be doing that again.

I love Trim. It's great in water or in a pill. I have lost weight since using it and I'm not always consistent too.
